Where are you stocked?

Currently all products are available via our website and in Priceline Stores.

If you would like to enquire about becoming a stockist please equire within.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship exclusively throughout the Australia. Located outside the Australia but interested in buying? Email us at hello@asitfalls.com or DM us at @asitfalls on Instagram.

 

How can I return an item?

We do not accept returns at this time. If you have problems with your product, please contact hello@asitfalls.com and we will be there to assist you.

 

What if I have a problem with my order?

If you have any problems with your order, please contact hello@asitfalls.com with your order number and the issue you are experiencing.

 

How long does my order take to arrive?

Orders placed before 11am each business day will ship the same day. If you placed your order after 12pm EST, your order will ship on the next business day. Our warehouse does not ship orders placed on weekends or public holidays until the next business day.

 

We currently offer two shipping options:

Our standard shipping is sent via Aus Post and typically arrives within 4 – 6 days of order.

Our express option is sent via Aus Post and typically arrives within 1 -2 days of order.

Yes, all As It Falls products are cruelty free. All of ISLA Beauty vendors and partners share this same standard. Animal welfare and ethical policies are fundamental values to our company.

You will be charged when your order is accepted and processed via our website.
